There was a strong smell of smoke wafting into my space, and throughout my stay, I had to ask for basic supplies like toilet paper and towels. there were just too many small inconveniences that added up to a less than enjoyable stay.

Although they fixed it the next day, the room was not properly cleaned, with someone else's gum on the desk upon our arrival. To add to the frustration, there was an inconsistency regarding a hairdryer, which was supposed to be provided but wasn't available. the bed was uncomfortable, further dampening our experience.
